At Assisting Hands Home Care, we are seeking a compassionate, skilled caregiver to provide gentle, dedicated 1-on-1 support for a client currently on hospice care during the evening hours. We need someone with the experience and empathy to ensure maximum comfort, dignity, and peace during this important time.
Shift Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00/hour (Based on experience & certifications)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing compassionate end-of-life comfort care, gentle repositioning, and personal hygiene care.
- Monitoring physical changes, managing evening comfort, and maintaining a peaceful environment.
- Assisting with mobility/transfers safely and with dignity.
- Working attentively alongside the client's family and hospice team.
Requirements

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years of caregiving experience; CNA certification or hospice/palliative care experience strongly preferred.

Skills: Strong understanding of gentle transfers, skin integrity, and comfort care.

Reliability: Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 years old, hold a High School Diploma/GED, and pass a background check.
